Tasks:
The effective management of the Procure-to-Pay Supply Chain Verification team and the ongoing team performance management to ensure the effective operation of business processes and adherence to pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as per Core Business Model (CBM). In addition, the role involves monitoring and reporting on team performance and manage process efficiency and effectiveness in the P2P SCVT area.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding in Supply Chain area
- English language (fluent in both written and verbal) plus one additional European language
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Investigate root cause analysis and active contribution on issue solving, enhance processes
- Ability to lead a high performing team, motivate team members, ensure equal work allocation, evaluate and coach the team members Charted Accountant/ University financial degree
- Strong SAP skills
