We are looking for three types of SAP User Access Professionals we require to ensure Vodafone is actively and consistently addressing issues of matters of governance, risk management, and compliance across the SAP environment. Also, utilising the SAP GRC Compliance Calibrator (Segregation of Duties) Analysis Tool to ensure corporate accountability and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley along with other laws and regulations are adhered to.
SAP User Access Professionals
SAP Security and Compliance Specialist – 5 Vacancies (Reference SCA)
- Provide support to the User Access Management Team through advice on user administration techniques and SAP security and authorisation issues.
- Using the appropriate toolkits to run and analyse potential risks involved with users or roles changes across the SAP environment.
- Communicating business process owners and financial managers about potential business and/or financial risk to Vodafone
- We need experienced people with experience of security issues across: SAP ECC R/3, SRM, BI, HR and Portal technologies. A thorough understanding of the SAP Security/Basis module as well as being skilled with tools such as: SU01, SU10, PFCG and SUIM is also needed.
- Manage the communication to all key stakeholders on the potential risks involved with users or roles changes across the SAP environment through analysis using the SAP GRC tool
- Documentation and uploading (into the GRC tool) of Compensating controls and Mitigations for risks, and further responsibility for the communication of validity of these documents
- Running regular GRC risk reports across the SAP landscape, assigning responsibility for resolution and tracking remediation actions.
- An understanding of the GRC tool. The ability to upload, download and amend risks and functions. A basic understanding of the SAP Security /Basis module is required. A good understanding of the authorisation concept within SAP is needed and you would also require the ability to document clearly with good communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues to business non-technical staff.
SAP User Management Administrator – 5 Vacancies (Reference MA)
- These people need to deliver access rights to users across the live SAP system within Vodafone’s standards
- Utilising SAP Administration tools (Transactions SU01, SU10, PFCG, SUIM, PFUD and SUPC) to create, delete, amend, lock and unlock users
- Deliver communications to the Security Team when dealing with Incident Tickets or Change requests that come into the user management team remedy queue
- Deliver communications to all key stakeholders on the metrics and performance of the SAP User management teams
- Responsibility for the daily report from “Fire-fighter” to ensure there has been no unauthorised use of high risk transactions within any of the live boxes
- Responsibility for the bi-monthly report to ensure the validity of users across all live systems.
